Anyhow, I continued doing my research to find out if they do have anything which can make you save some money. Except for free shipping this pharmacy is also having a single promotion: military discount. They are offering 30% discount program for active duty military families on their compounds. Been searching for customer reviews about this online pet pharmacy and I did found some employee reviews and some customer reviews. I didn’t expected to find employee reviews but anyhow, I was interested in reading only customer reviews and I did found some on BBB (Better Business Bureau) website (and by the way, roadrunnerpharmacy it is a BBB accredited business), on yelp website and on birdeye.com. Best comments were written on birdeye.com but they were still not as good as expected since out of 176 reviews the average rate is 3.4 with mixed results, some people being very happy (claiming that roadrunnerpharmacy saved their pets) with other people saying that this pharmacy nearly killed their pets. Same thing goes on yelp and even a bit worse – average rate of 130 reviews there is 3 out of 5 with more people complaining. Worst was on bbb.org – 19 total reviews 16 of which are negative. A lot of people complained on customer service saying it was rude, on the prices that this pharmacy offered and on delivery delays. Plus to that, there are reviewers saying that reviews on facebook are fake because some of those reviewers rated with 1 on facebook and they removed his review.

There are a lot of people online saying a lot of good things about this pharmacy and that’s all very good exactly as it is the fact that they offer free shipping on all orders and they care about military people. What is even worse is that this online pharmacy removes the bad reviews which is a sign of not being honest.
