NorthCoastMed.com is the online pharmacy that I am going to review now and will try to find out as much information about it as possible to make a conclusion and know if ordering medications here is worth it or not. As much as I could notice as soon as I have entered this online pharmacy’s front page, the pharmacy is mostly oriented in selling diabetes supply, or they are exclusively selling such kind of medications only. That’s after I have seen their logo: Advanced diabetes supply, after checking their products (all for diabetes) and etc. so it seems this is a diabetes oriented pharmacy. As much as I could find, the pharmacy is located in Carlsbad, Near San Diego, in California. I couldn’t find for how much time this pharmacy has been operating, but I guess scam warning websites, will help me with such questions. I have continued doing my research and there I found out that this online pharmacy is having some accreditations such as: NABP, URAC and VIPPS. With this being said, the pharmacy claims to be an all approved and licensed pharmacy in USA to sell medications. Not sure if all of this is true or not and not sure how to check this out, but I hope that scam warning websites all along with customer reviews will help me determine whether is this true or not. The website is well done, it is user friendly and everything seems to be easy to understand and access. The pharmacy has shared the names of the most important people of this pharmacy and they claim that by doing business with them, your life is going to be much more easier with diabetes.

As I have already mentioned this a bit earlier, the online pharmacy is only oriented in diabetes supply and products and that’s why, you won’t be able to find any other products for other health issues. As in terms of product for diabetes there are medications which are categorized: diabetes supply, diabetes specialty, spinal bracing, knee braces, upper extremity bracing, lower extremity bracing and other products. Each of these categories have sub categories as well. Unfortunately, I am not able to say anything about prices and that’s because by clicking on whatever product you can see, you won’t be given a price and you cannot see a price list offered. There are lancets, test strip discs, lancing devices, syringes and many others and yet, no price is being offered and that’s why I am not able to talk about them so not able to give an example either. I am also not sure if they are offering prescription products or exclusively only supplies. If they do offer prescription products then not sure if they require a prescription but if there are only supplies then it is obvious the pharmacy doesn’t require a prescription.

This online pharmacy is not having a FAQ page and that is why I am not able to find information about these points by browsing there. But for going to the checkout page you have to register an account here. with this being said, I am not able to say anything about shipping and payment methods, unfortunately. All I found is that they do offer home delivery but you need to call them toll free number or to fill out the contact form on the site and they will contact you. I guess you can find information about payment methods the same way.

Since I have started talking about contact methods that’s what I will continue to do and for checking for more ways I have checked their *contact us* page. As mentioned earlier, you’re either able to use the contact form or to use their phone number to get in touch with them. Plus to that, you can get in touch with them via fax number as well and you’re also able to talk with them if you use the mailing address too, but as much as you can understand, this requires quite a while to get a response back. Other than the methods I mentioned here, there doesn’t seem to be any other.

I was searching for coupon codes that might have been offered by this online pharmacy and I haven’t found any. In fact, I haven’t found anything being offered by this online pharmacy at all. That’s super sad. Before ordering if you’re actually interested you might ask this customer support service either, but I couldn’t find any coupon codes, any freebies, any free shipping or generally anything at all. To be honest that’s quite sad in my opinion.

NorthCoastMed.com seems to be the site of the company Advanced Diabetes Supply and that’s what I have been searching reviews about. According to the information I could find, there are some customer reviews online on facebook, BBB.org and yelp. There are also employee reviews as well available on glassdoor but I’m not very interested in them. according to scam warning websites and other legitimacy checking sites – the website indeed seems to be legit, nevertheless, according to the customer reviews, that’s not worth doing it. on facebook there are 20 people who rated it with 1 out of 5 and only 8 people with 5 out of 5. On BBB.org there are 3 negative reviews and one is only positive. On yelp, it has a rate of 2 out of 5 out of 18 reviews. With all of this being said, I have quite some big doubts that this is only a coincidence. People complained on a lot of different things.
Conclusion
Although this online pharmacy seems to be reliable, the customer reviews have rated it very poorly on all sites with 2 out of 5 stars. The website and company is legit, nevertheless, the people can rate it much better than I can, so if they decided that it deserves a rate of 2 out of 5, then I can’t change this.
