The second shipping option is expendited shipping service with a fee of 20 USD and delivery of 10 to 12 business days. Shipping charge may vary between 12 to 69.95 USD for some specific countries like Brazil, Peru, Israel and many others. They claim that these countries will be sent packages through DHL express services.
They claim to offer free shipping whenever it is possible (but not mentioned when exactly) and unfortunately, they do not offer overnight shipping service.
So, in the end, we got high fees for shipping, no overnight shipping options, not all customers in all countries will be sent their needed drugs, long waiting times and we do get free shipping but it is not known when exactly.
To be honest, I do not really love the shipping policies I’ve mentioned above. That’s why my rating is only going to be 2 stars.

I don’t really love when the registration is mandatory and I would like if this would be removed as the entire procedure is generally unnecessary and time consuming.
I have found out that the pharmacy is accepting orders by 3 different methods. The first way to order from this website is using their website. As said, you would need to register first and then you would be allowed to order. However customers can also order by phone as well. By calling 1-800-986-4714 customers can arrange orders online. Another and last way to arrange orders with this online pharmacy is by fax, email or mail.
I am going to pay attention to online method of ordering. First step is to find your needed drug. You either choose it from top selling drugs or find it yourself using the search function. I don’t like that there are no categories of drugs which I could choose my drug. I also don’t like there’s no possibility to change the currency or the language on the site as many customers might find it useful. The site is from India, the owner and phone number is from the same country. That’s doesn’t add up since the phone number and owner should have been from Canada. Domain age is 3 years only and generally, site is 0% trusted. My rate is obviously 1 point.
Prescription Requirements
As you can see in some screenshots above in my review, those prescription drugs are having a Rx sign meaning that those drugs can be obtained only with a valid prescription. The OTC products are signed with OTC.
The store is also allowing only 90 day supply of drugs at a time. They do seem to take the selling of Rx drugs seriously and for this reason, my rate is 5 points.

The reviews you can see in the above screen are made from their own website and as much as we can see, all the reviews are positive and this means the site is having a good reputation and they are legitimate. What’s strange is that all the reviews are positive, without a single negative words. In addition to that, the reviews seems to be outdated. There is only one review from 2017 and all the rest are written in 2016. Another strange fact is that I found no way how to leave a review so I have no idea how they appeared on the site.
The reviews are unique and they are positive and for this reason my rate is 3 stars, I can’t give them more since it is hard to have trust in those outdated reviews that I have no idea how they appeared on the site.

Conclusion: Rogue Pharmacy with Many Coupon Codes
MedsEngage.com is an online pharmacy that has the mailing address in UK and Canada, but they seem to be located in India. They offer a wide selection of medications with very good prices for generics but with pretty overestimated prices for branded drugs. They do offer coupon codes to help customers save some money and the customer support service seem to be helpful.
The problem is that this pharmacy has got mixed reviews making it problematic determining the legitimacy of this pharmacy, plus it has got a rogue status on legitscript.com and 0% trust from scamadviser.com with many other problems. The technical characteristics of the website are pretty poor as well.
MedsEngage.com does not seem to always provide a good service but only from time to time and that’s why I won’t recommend this pharmacy. I don’t want to play *Russian Roulette* when purchasing medications online.
