I’ve been mostly interested in ED types of drugs. On this pharmacy they are found on *Men’s Health* category where different drugs are listed here for this conditions, including drugs for ED, PE and others. I found branded Levitra, Cialis and Viagra and their generic form except for Levitra. The complete number of drugs found in Men’s Health is 5 drugs. Every other category seems to have approximately the same number of drugs. In the end, the category of drugs is getting a rate of 4 stars because there are many different categories and people have chances to find whatever they need but there are chances they might not. No generic Levitra and plus – not very much drugs found in each category.
Prices Affordability
I decided to check the prices for drugs and I decided to check the prices for ED drugs. They claimed to offer extremely good prices and I am going to check if they do keep this promise. I checked price for Cialis 20 mg and the brand is going to cost you 90.20 USD for 4 tablets. That’s an really overestimated price. The price for generic Cialis 20 mg is 85.50 USD for 4 tablets. That’s an extremely high price to my opinion for the generic, an unacceptable high price!
The next medication I am going to talk about is Levitra which only comes in brand form, as I said it earlier, they have no generic type for this drug. The normal dosage of 20 mg would cost you 85.80 USD for 4 tablets only. That’s a price of 20+ USD per pill. That’s a very high price compared to other pharmacies where you can find it for less than 5 USD per pill.
The last medication that I am going to talk about is Viagra and I would check the price for both brand and generic. Both the brand and generic is coming in dosage of 100 mg and 50 mg only. The price for brand Viagra 50 mg is 50 USD for 8 tablets. That’s a bit better and yet, that’s still a high price compared to other online pharmacies. The generic form of Viagra 50 mg would cost you 55 USD for 8 tablets and that’s unbelievable – the price for generic is higher than for the brand, so what’s the point to get the generic form of Viagra here? another strange fact – generic Viagra 100 mg 8 tablets is also priced with 55 USD so it is better to get the 100 mg since it has the same price as 50 mg.
In the end, I will definitely not recommend people to purchase medications here where generics for Viagra are priced even higher than brand and the brand is higher compared to other online pharmacies. Yet, there are pharmacies online that I reviewed so far that have even higher prices. For this reason, I am going to rate this unit with only 2 points as prices are not very attractive here.
Shipping Options
According to the information that I have managed to find on their website, there is only one shipping option offered by IsraelPharm.com and it is EMS shipping option (Express Mail Service). This means that people should get their medications pretty fast when no regular shipping option is given. To be honest, I still think that this is inconvenient as many people may want to save on shipping as it doesn’t matter how much time it is required to receive the medications. The pharmacy doesn’t offer this option. The information on the site suggests that customers would receive the medications in a delivery timeframe of 7 to 10 business days, but it is not guaranteed. The processing of the parcel is taking 48 hours which is pretty much to be honest where other pharmacies process it in less than 12. There’s no free delivery options. The shipping fee is 20 USD. There is also online tracking. They did claimed they do not offer shipping in Israel, but they haven’t mentioned were exactly they ship.
In the end, my rating is 1 point. There is no free shipping, a single shipping option, lack of information as to where exactly they provide shipping etc. That’s all inconvenient for customers.

To check this I am going to use google page speed test where I got really disappointing information. The test results suggested that the mobile version is scored 16 out of 100 which means it has a slow page speed. The desktop version is a little bit better, as it is yellow marked meaning that it has an average page speed. Customers will have issues loading the mobile version of the site and the page speed for desktop version is average.
It is obvious that for this reason the pharmacy is receiving only a score of 2 points.

To check if IsraelPharm.com is an legit online pharmacy I checked the legitscript.com approval status and unfortunately, I found out that the pharmacy is not a legit pharmacy. They are not meeting the legitscript.com requirements and that’s why they have got a status of Rogue internet pharmacy. This means that most of the requirements are broken and the pharmacy is violating the law. Since this is not a legal business, my rate is 1 point.

I did managed to find customer reviews on their own website as there’s an entire page dedicated to customer reviews named *testimonials*. On that page, customers are asked to read some of the feedback they received and plus to that, customers can send their feedback on an email and they, should share it on the site. However, if you write a negative review I’m pretty sure they won’t make it public and that’s a problem as it can be misleading. Here’s how the testimonials look like:
Most of the testimonials are coming with information about the name/nickname of the reviewer and where it is coming from. It seems most customers are from USA, however there are from different countries as well. Gig problem is that it seems most reviews are outdated as they are written in 2009-2015.

Unfortunately, this online pharmacy does not seem to offer nearly anything at all. They have no coupon codes, they have no discount codes, and although they claim that customers may save money by purchasing in bulk, it doesn’t seem so. There are no free pills or free shipping options or anything at all. The only way to save money, as much as it seems is to pay by Direct Transfer. The company claims that those people paying with direct transfer get 5 % discount.
Except for this, there’s nothing else able to make you save money. That’s definitely not enough and that’s why my rate is only 2 stars.

The contact information on their website features the following: the phone number and fax number that are listed on each of their website but I also clicked on *contact* page and there I found out they are also offering the contact form and the mailing address.
As we can see, the mailing address on the site and address on scamadviser.com are not the same. This is confusing and this is the reason why my rating is 4 stars for contact information.
Getting a Consultation
As we can see in the screen that I have shared above, those customers that are going to write this pharmacy by contact form are going to receive a response back in maximum 24 hours. I’m not a talkative person so I didn’t wanted to call them, using the fax is mostly only for sending prescriptions and I obviously didn’t used the mailing option. So I waited for a response back to my email about the coupon codes question that I asked in less than 24 hours. Although 27 hours have passed since I wrote them, no response ever arrived back. IsraelPharm.com should rethink their customer support service policy. As for now, my rate is 1 point.
Conclusion: High Prices, No Coupon Codes and No Legitimacy
IsraelPharm.com is an online pharmacy that is offering both generic and branded medications and is a pharmacy located in Israel. Nevertheless, the address shared on their own website and the address we managed to find on scamadviser.com are different and that’s a little alarming. The selection of drugs is pretty wide but there are pharmacies with wider selection of drugs. Big disappointment is the prices for drugs which are really high here with prices for generics being even higher than for brands (for Viagra to be more specific) and the pharmacy offers no coupon codes, only 5% discount by paying with Direct Transfer.
Other problems about this pharmacy include: although the pharmacy is Israeli, they do not offer shipping to Israel, but we don’t know where exactly as such information misses from the site. They are only offering one delivery option and very limited, rarely used payment methods. Plus, the technical data is very poor – slow page speed load, no mobile version of the site, inconvenient to make orders here with mandatory registration and no antivirus on the site. At least they do use a high encryption level with company owner information shared.
Other big problems include: low trust index offered by scamadviser.com, rogue status on legitscript.com and no customer reviews on foreign sites although the pharmacy has been around for 11 years. They do have reviews on their own website but they seem to be outdated and their customer support service is unavailable as they do not respond to your questions. As we can see, the pharmacy has big problems and that’s why I don’t recommend purchasing here.
