iHerb.com | iHerb Reviews & Coupons

I was searching for online pharmacies when I have found an online pharmacy which seems to sell herbal medications but whether they sell exclusively only herbal medications or do they sell chemical made medications as well that’s something I would find out later. The herbal pharmacy that I am talking about is named iHerb.com. as soon as I have entered this online pharmacy I have got a sense of a very reliable site. Not sure if that’s true, I will check that later, but it has an extremely user friendly interface and it has some extremely good options. Like for example I noticed you can get 24/7 help on their website, you can create an account on their website and sign in to it and plus to that, for your better understanding if you’re a foreign customer, you can also change the currency and language on their website. In fact, you can change your country/ region and based on that, your site’s language and currency would be changed and plus to that, you would see information about what are the available shipping methods and available payment methods according to your country. To my opinion, that’s super good and it is greatly facilitating the navigation through the site and everything you need to know and understand. As it was expected, as soon as I have entered the website I found lots of different products but what’s more important is that they seem to have social media pages where you can connect with them via facebook, twitter and others or you could also download their mobile application from google play and app store. This pharmacy seem to have offices in California and Kentucky as well and they claim that the pharmacy has been around since 1997 and that’s a very long time.

iHerb.com Selection of medications and prices for them

What’s important to mention here is that this pharmacy has an extremely wide selection of herbal medications or at least that’s what it seemed to me as soon as I have entered their main page. There I found the search function suggesting that you can *search from over 35,000 products* and that’s indeed a big number of products. They have a lot of different things for a lot of different things as you can search for products based on health condition that you need such as: immune support, headache, arthritis, depression, diarrhea, stress and mood support etc. however it seems they do not offer chemical/ prescription products as all their products seem to be exclusively only herbal made. I am not able to comment on the prices for these products but at very least, I can give example of one just to have an approximate idea. For example, in men’s health I found a product called Now foods, Saw Palmetto Extract, 160 mg, 120 Softgels which costs 12 USD. Again, if this is a good price or not, I am not very sure. this pharmacy does not require a prescription since they do not sell any prescription products.

iHerb.com Shipping and payment methods

As I have already mentioned, each country has their own shipping and payment methods available and that’s why I am not able to talk about this as of general. However I can give example of what kind of shipping details are available for US. They are going to find themselves what it is the most affordable and quickest shipping methods in your region (GSO, UPS or Lasership). They have two day delivery option or next day delivery option a well. But what are the shipping prices are not listed. Again, payment methods also depend on the country/ your region but they do accept major credit cards, paypal, QIWI wallet, iDeal, Yandex Money, WeChat, UnionPay, Sofort and many others. With this being said, there seems to be a lot of payment methods.

iHerb.com Customer Support Service

To get in touch with this online pharmacy people can use the chat function but the problem is that you’re only going to talk with iHerb’s Virtual Assist Chatbot and not a real person. But except for this, you can connect with them on social media pages, you can email them or you can write them at their address or use the contact form online as well.

iHerb.com Coupon Codes

As soon as I have entered this online pharmacy I have noticed that people who are new to iHerb would get a 5 USD off their first order. Plus to this, the pharmacy seems to offer special offers and discounts for some products individually. There are products to which they are offering 10% off, 15% off and many others. With this being said, the pharmacy does seem to be offering at least something. Plus, they claim that there are some specific products that if you order – you would get free shipping.

iHerb.com Reviews

it is extremely important to find out information about this pharmacy’s customer reviews because those people can help to determining whether it is worth ordering here or not. According to scamadviser.com the website is suspicious and might be unsafe to use. It indeed seems to be from USA, it indeed seems to be 20 years old and it seems to be popular according to Alexa. However, a malware report has been detected for this website and might be related to a number of high risk sites. Lastly, bad reviews detected indicating a poor reputation. That’s what I noticed myself either. Trustpilot.com, pissedconsumer.com, mouthshut.com, bbb.org and sitejabber.com are all full of negative customer reviews. There are few positive reviews as well, but in general lines, the average rate of this pharmacy on nearly all these reviewing website is 3 out of 5 indicating a medium quality. People said that they have lost money, they have received non working products, less products than promised, rude customer reviews and many other unpleasant things.

I will definitely not recommend an online pharmacy that has disappointed so many people. It might be reliable indeed, maybe they are not scammers, but customer reviews suggests that you can still lose money here and there are simply way too many things that are wrong with this pharmacy and that’s why ordering here is not worth it. I personally will take their opinions in consideration and I will not, obviously I recommend the same and I rate iherb.com with 4 out of 5.
