  • Macrolides (e.g., erythromycin), azole antifungals (e.g., ketoconazole), HIV protease inhibitors (such as ritonavir), antidepressants (nefazodone and fluoxetine), valproic acid, cimetidine may increase the concentrations of nimodipine (it is recommended to lower the dose of nimodipine).
