Dostinex (cabergoline) instructions for use

For suppression of lactation: ½ tablet (0.25 mg) every 12 hours for 2 days. It is not recommended to use this drug at doses above 0.25 mg (high risk of side effects).
To prevent lactation: 1 mg on the first day after birth.
