(Updated: November 30, -1)
Been prescribed coreg for my left ventricular dysfunction. A very good medicine. I would rate it the best way I can because it has really done a very good job. Before I started to use it my heart rate was very high! It was speeding up so much that it was reaching that point when I could literally feel my heard constantly pounding in my chest (especially when it was quite or I wasn’t moving). That is why, as much as you can understand, this was a bigger problem during the night when I was trying to fall asleep. of course during the day it was a problem either but it wasn’t disturbing me from my normal daily activities so much. it was disturbing me more during the night because I wasn’t sleep so the next day I was sleepy. The heart was hardly and constantly pounding and I could feel a wave pressure all night long in my ears so it was preventing me from sleeping. I’ve went to the doctor only when it started to be a real problem and he gave me this medicine. He said that I need to take 3.125 mg to time per day, each day. In less than one week after I started to use it my problem was kept under control and I was feeling fine! I have a blockage left side 30% to about 40%, however, I have no issues whatsoever since the medication started to work. My blood pressure is in a very good range, I control my issue and there are no side effects at all. I am still continuing to visit my doctor for an EKG every half an year but that’s everything. Also I don’t have to forget about my medicine but that’s easy – we live in 2015. I always have my alarm near me that’s constantly reminding me to take it (even though I never forget). I recommend it to everybody with heart issues, try making your doctor to prescribe it to you!
