My blood situation was always somehow a difficult one. I always had some problems but a few years ago it started to become even worse. I felt like it was necessary to take some meds in order to elevate my situation. I will not mention other drugs because it’s useless. I would like to talk about Benicar. I switched to Benicar some time ago and I’m really happy that I did this. After just one week of taking it I noticed that my blood pressure started to equilibrate its levels. I read some other reviews and found out some negative ones. I don’t know how this is possible. In my situation I can say that it really worked and that it did what it was supposed to do. I never had any kind of side effects and I can’t even imagine that this is possible to achieve some of them with this drug. I’ve been on it for some years so I can clearly judge about it and clearly say that this is quite possible. I never had fatigue, headaches, pains, kidney issues. It started to work instantly and I never felt so well after a drug administration. The only thing that you can feel during the first time of using this drug it’s a feeling of dizzy for the first 2 days. This thing it’s because the drug it’s doing its job and the feeling that you experience it’s because this med is getting low your blood pressure. I felt a kind of dizziness at the first time when I used it. My blood pressure was 180/120 and it was very high obviously when I started to use It and when the drug started to work my blood started to behave the way he had to. Now my blood is 117/75 and I never asked for more. Talking about the price this drug is more expensive than the generic one. I pay 25$ per month and I would like to say that it’s worth it. Maybe it’s a little bit expensive for somebody but actually I think that for your health it will be better. I’m really happy. When I started to feel better I thought that I never have been so happy during my entire life. The side effects that I read about I don’t really think that it’s because the medicine. I read some posts where people explained that they have had different kind of strange side effects sine the first day of administration, such as: nausea, headaches, joint pain and other things that are impossible to be caused by this drug. The thing is that this drug take weeks to get into your system and to start to work and vice versa they take weeks to get out of your body. Don’t forget please that there are a lot of psychological influences around us. It’s time to manage all of them. The thing is that every time when somebody read about some side effects they start to think that they’ll have the same damn thing, what obviously it’s not like that. So when you’re scared and start to imagine that you have the same types of side effects I recommend you to talk to your doc, I’m quite sure that he/she will help you and explain you what’s the reality. The mind it’s a powerful drug and we have to be able to not get addicted or influenced by others. Let the medicine do what it has to do. Good luck and don’t be afraid to try it if you need to. You’ll not be disappointed. P.S. sorry for long review, just wanted to make all details clear.

Very good medication! It really keeps my high blood pressure in a safe range and this makes me extremely happy. Other medication I’ve been before didn’t delivered me so good effects as this one. I have some side effects but very mild and few of them. I have taken this drug for 3 years now! Satisfied with it!

This product seems very efficient for my high blood pressure but it has some side effects such as diarrhea and it causes me irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Initially, when I just was diagnosed with high blood pressure my dr suggested me Lisinopril and it seems fine but it caused my lungs to feel very much like they are full of some fluid and it caused me to breathe with difficulty. This made me to stop taking that product. After that the doc suggested me to take samples of Benicar and it was good, very good. it dropped my high blood pressure levels to normal range and I wasn’t having any side effects. However, my insurance didn’t approved it so I was forced to change to another medication. My insurance coverage approved losartan. I also didn’t had absolutely any side effects but the problem was that it was ineffective as it reduced my high blood pressure very little. It didn’t worked so well. So, shortly after that I finally made the insurance to approve Benicar. Now, I’m on it for a little more than 2 months. It seemed the best medication I just could take because as I said, it was very effective with no side effects. However, after a little less than 2 months of being on it I started to have side effects of diarrhea and irritable bowel syndrome. Now, when I stop taking it my situation is getting better but if I start taking it these symptoms are getting worse. By now the side effects are tolerable but if it continues the same way I doubt that I will take it. I really hope that the side effects would stop sooner or later. the doc advised me to take medicines for IBS but I’m afraid that they would start causing me other side effects as well. What do you think?

I was having high blood pressure for a long time but about two weeks ago my blood pressure was extremely high of 220/105 and I was feeling extremely bad. When I went to doctor he said that Benicar is quite a good drug and it should help. It did. Now, after two weeks I am on this medication of 40 mg one time per day my blood pressure is down to normal 140/80 and I am really feeling much better than before. I have more energy and I’m feeling much better overall. Anyway, I have a problem that I want to get rid of. I have cramps in my muscle of my legs and it aches mostly during the night, during every night. I would call this medication “perfect” without this but… doubtlessly I’ve tried to do something about that but it seems that nothing can help me. (I took ibuprofen and others and absolutely zero effects). I guess that if I take less than 40 mg one time a day of this drug there’s a chance that the cramps will disappear. But I’m afraid that my blood pressure will raise again. If nothing helps then I will call my doctor in few days and ask him for a solution. Other than this, as I said, I am very pleased with the results I have.
