Very rarely, Altace can cause impotence, hypokalemia, pain in the chest, tachycardia, stomatitis, sleep disturbances, alopecia, muscle spasms, hyponatremia, pancreatitis.

Symptoms of overdose

Symptoms of overdose may include: myocardial infarction, angioedema, ischemic stroke, acute hypotension, thromboembolic complications. In this case patients should try dosage reduction, gastric lavage and symptomatic therapy.
