Well, searching for contact methods I was able to find 2 of them: as usual by filling a form on their contact us page and then wait for an email back and also by the 2 phone numbers which you can find on their website, one of which is US number +1 800 715 5341 and another is EU number +44 203 318 5981. They claim that their customer support is working 24/7 so they should answer your phone calls regardless of the time you decide to call.
